About the Event
This Hatha Meditation & Yin Yoga class introduces those new and experienced in yoga to postures that give the body freedom to slow down and relax in to a calming yoga practice while supporting structures and strengthening of the tissues. Hatha Meditation Yoga Class starts (or ends) with a guided meditation, followed by Hatha Yoga Poses and finishes with savasana.
Our instructor uses a combination of yin and hatha-based movements to help bring your body into alignment with a guided meditation and gentle opening movements. This class is good for ALL LEVELS.
Susan Kulbitski, RYT 200 Yoga Instructor Susan has been practicing yoga for the past ten years and knew in her heart for all those years that she wanted to become a yoga teacher. Susan earned her 200-hour RYT, Yin Yoga Training and Mindfulness Training and was also the owner of YogaSoul in Eagan.
Her primary interests of study and practice are in Yin, Gentle and Mindfulness Yoga. Susan believes the mind, body and spirit connection formed in a yoga practice is an eternal reward and enjoys creating an inviting environment for her students to grow and explore.
